Booking is on a first-come, first-served basis from April 1st to October 31st.

We only serve Nassau and Suffolk County, Long Island.

The basic package includes baking of 4 different pizza varieties for up to 2 - 3 hours. Specialty pies (additional toppings) are available upon request.

Rain or shine, we have a canopy that allows us to continue cooking. In severe weather or excessive wind, we reserve the right to make a judgment call the day of event for the safety of our staff and guests. 

Paper goods are supplied at no additional charge.

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure the date. *Please note we only book one party per day.

In case of a cancellation, if the schedule allows, deposits can be applied to another event date, if at all possible, in the same calendar year.
